Marvin's education and training background include Paralegal Training, a Master of Arts in Behavioral Science: Negotiation and Conflict Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University Dominguez Hills. He is a Certified Co-Parenting Specialist from Mosten Guthrie Academy and has completed training in Critical Race Theory, Equal Rights for the LGBT Community, Preventing Bad Settlement Decisions and Impasse from the Pepperdine University School of Law Strauss Institute, and Proposal Focused Mediation for High Conflict Disputes from the High Conflict Institute.
